The EMTBravo Group is proud to announce the launch of our new Help Desk for ALL EMTBravo websites.

Our new Support Center is staffed by the EMTBravo Webteam, including newly-appointed Member Support Associates, who specialize in assisting members with using the websites.
There are many ways to obtain help at the new EMTBravo Support Center:
-Knowledgebase
We'll continuously be adding articles to our Knowledgebase section to address several commonly encountered problems for members. Members can reference this to try and find a resolution to their issue.
-Submit A Ticket
Members will submit a ticket for help, and the issue will be routed to the correct department and correct team member for assistance. This will allow quicker responses to members request's for assistance, and will also provide a more comprehensive solution to more efficiently serve the member.
-LIVE Support
That's right! When fully rolled out, we aim to have 24/7 Live Support for all EMTBravo Websites. Members can open a chat window to chat live with a EMTBravo Webteam member to assist them in resolving their problem in real time. We can also come onto your computer to try and fix any issues for you remotly.
-Troubleshooter
When this feature is rolled out, it will provide a series of questions to help members self-troubleshoot problems.

-Downloads
Members will be able to download files (Use to be determined)
